85% of Argentina's population is comprised of European immigrants, with the majority originating from Italy and Spain.

Argentina is often referred to as the "beef capital of the world" and is known for it's grass-fed "parrillada", a tabletop grill with a variety of meats.

Italy's cuisine has had the biggest influence on the Argentine culinary arts, with Italian food being consumed more frequently than beef.

We are proud to offer a variety of Argentinean fare, while incorporating the culinary traditions of both Italy and Spain.
